Back of the heart release exercise. We bring attention to diaphragm, front and back insertion points.
Learn how to open the ribcage, the myofascial chains and back of the thoracic diaphragm with gentle breath flow and using a tea towel on a specific area of your upper back. This is a very yin feminine practice that is deeply relaxing and opening to the back of the heart and chest.

INTEGRATIVE PELVIC HEALTH®
• Learn how to locate the front part of the pelvis called the pubis.
• Exercise to activate the relaxation of the pubis area.
Using a tea towel both the upper ridge and lower ridge of the pubis is relaxed.
